We were told by one plumbing company that we needed to dig up our front yard and replace sewer lines. We called Mr. Rooter for a second opinion. After showing the Mr. Rooter plumber the video of the line, he said the other plumbers did not know what they were talking about. The line only need to be jet cleaned to clean out the few roots in the line. We saw the new video of the line and it was clear. This action saved us at least $3000! And they guaranteed the work for three years! I will use them again and would recommend them to others.

Man I wish I could really elaborate how amazing Brandon was while helping us with our broken water pipe. Definitely not like other technicians truly one of a kind. Very approachable and knowledgeable. Was actually here to help and attentive to what needed to be done. He worked extremely fast and was very polite. I would recommend him to anyone and everyone!
